Designations:
Emmalee Strait earned her master’s degree from Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA, after completing her undergraduate studies in Public Relations at Anderson University in Indiana. She has a passion for improving movement, and building meaningful relationships with clients of all ages.
Emmalee is a pre-licensed therapist who offers support to women navigating life transitions—the spaces where things feel uncertain, identities are shifting, and old versions of the self no longer quite fit. Whether moving through a breakup, graduating from school, questioning a career path, or entering unfamiliar emotional territory, she believes no one should have to sort through it alone. Her goal is to create a safe space where clients can pause, reflect, and reconnect—with their emotions, their bodies, and their deeper sense of self.
As a therapist, Emmalee brings both professional training and personal experience to her work. She understands what it’s like to walk through seasons of doubt, reinvention, and growth. Her approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and somatic awareness, exploring not just thoughts but also how the body holds experience. She works collaboratively with clients, grounding the process in compassion and tailoring it to each person—not to who the world says they should be. Through this work, Emmalee hopes clients will find clarity, healing, and the confidence to move toward a life that feels authentic and true to them.
